Ernie Ball Inc. warrants for one year from date of purchase by the initial retail purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any material or workmanship determined by Ernie Ball or their U.K. distributor Strings and Things Ltd. within the one year term, shall be repaired or replaced without charge for parts and labour.
Your instrument requires and deserves careful treatment so here are a few important DOs and DONTs regarding its loving care:
- DON'T expose your instrument to extreme or rapid changes of temperature or humidity
- DON'T leave your instrument near a heater or open window or expose it to to direct sunlight for extended periods of time
- DON'T leave your instrument in a closed car or car-boot on a hot or cold day
- DO keep your instrument in its bag or case when not in use
